Biani worked as a Data/Financial Analyst for Maximus Healthcare Group, originally for Federal Grant Stimulus Project. Tasked with finding and summarizing sources of revenue loss due to Covid-19, he focused on collecting and analyzing data across 10+ nursing homes. As his role evolved, he also operated as an assistant to the FP&A and Accounting teams. Through Maximus Healthcare Group, he gained an understanding of the innerworkings of a company. He also had the opportunity to work underneath a CFO and learn from her perspective.
